Service Rules (short version)

1. Cards are for advertising purposes only.^*
2. Fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive activities are strictly prohibited.
3. Decline rate must not exceed 20% — otherwise account may be limited.
4. Each team and all connected accounts are jointly responsible for compliance.
5. Advertising of banned topics (drugs, weapons, adult content, etc.) is forbidden.
6. The minimum top-up amount is 50 USD / EUR.
7. Refunds are manual and processed upon request to support.
8. Funds must be sent only to wallet addresses shown in your dashboard.
9. The Service may suspend accounts in case of suspicious or abusive activity.
10. Use the Service respectfully — we value fairness and transparency.

^* Also can be used to pay for SaaS services (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI tools like Leonardo, ChatGPT), as well as Apple Developer and Google Developer accounts.
